Strength and flexibility for every age
A calm yet effective Reformer workout that builds strength, flexibility, and control. We work on a strong core and healthy posture — so you stay free and strong in movement, every day.
This class is specially designed for 50+, with attention to joints, balance, and functional strength. But younger members are also welcome if you're looking for a mindful, controlled workout.
During and after pregnancy
This class supports you during and after pregnancy with safe, controlled movements that promote strength, balance, and recovery. Ideal to keep your body strong and resilient with or without your little one.
After delivery, we ask for approval from your pelvic floor specialist or midwife first. No childcare, but plenty of room to feed, cuddle, or pause — completely at your pace.

Reformer Yin is the gentle side of strength — a slower, restorative class that releases tension from the body and creates space, both physically and mentally. We move mindfully and hold deep stretches and poses longer, supported by the Reformer for extra control and comfort.
This class helps increase flexibility, loosen joints, and calm the nervous system. Ideal as complement to more intense workouts, or simply as a moment for yourself to slow down and breathe. Perfect for all levels — especially for anyone needing more relaxation, recovery, and balance.
